Encourage your staff to support our colleagues in Remote Areas of Australia

Your CaSPA Board are very conscious of the need for all our principals and schools to do their bit in assisting the Catholic Schools which undertake the important task of education in remote areas of Australia - in quite a number of cases, the Catholic school is the only provider of education in some of these remote locations.

As the recent review of Remote and Regional Education reported - attracting appropriate staff to the Remote Schools is a highly significant factor in the success of these schools.

Principals have a key role in bringing this matter to the attention of their staff and being proactive in encouraging interested staff to contribute 3 to 5 years of their career to this all important aspect of Catholic Education.

Catholic Education Western Australia is currently seeking expressions of interest from outstanding, faith-filled teachers to join them in transforming the lives of students in some of the most isolated communities in Australia.
