Catholic Principal writes book on Cultivating a Positive Culture
Education systems around the world keep striving to implement reform with limited success. Current research have consistently found schools that have positive cultures perform better than those that don't.

After 7 years of research exploring the principal's roIe in cultivating a positive culture, I have written a book to empower school leaders to improve their own performance and their team and love doing this!

Principals understand how negative staff can affect other staff members. A negative culture impacts on the "health" of a school and the individual. In the end, quality staff leave and students find it more challenging to learn.

I hope readers of the book will gain the necessary knowledge to create positive workplaces that encourage teachers to thrive and students to learn.

May you have a great Christmas!
