Principal Well Being - A new report focused on Catholic Sector

For some time CaSPA has been working with CCI as it seeks to undertand the nature and extent of work demands on Catholic School Principals. While we all agree that the demands are growing as the task of Principal becomes more complex, it is not as simple to determine those areas which are most relevant for our Principals.

The Health and Well Being Study currently undertaken by Prof Philip Riley from ACU looks at the issues across all sectors and provides some broad indicators where concerns lie.  It has not however been able to provide specific data for our Catholic Principals - unitl now.  Thanks to the sponsorship of CCI, we now have a detailed data set that looks at the key challenges for CaSPA Principals.

CaSPA is indebted to CCI for their considerable support in this area, as they seek to be proactive in this critical aspect of the role of our Principals

You are encouraged to download and read the full report which can be found at this link on the CCI website.
