CaSPA AGM held in Perth 10 Sep, 2017

CaSPA AGM held in Perth 10 Sep, 2017

The CaSPA Constitution directs the Board to conduct an Annual General Meeting around September each year in order to satisfy key procedural aspects of our Association.  As such the recent Board Meeting in Perth was preceded by our AGM with representatives of the 8 state and territory jurisdictions.  Key matters undertaken at this year's AGM included:

  • Election of Office Bearers for 2018-2019
    • Andrew Watson - President
    • Loretta Wholley - Treasurer
  • Acknowledgment of the service of Phil Lewis who will be stepping down from the Board at the end of 2017, having served 7 years as a Director, 4.5 of them as President.
  • Acceptance of the audited Financial Statement which showed th following:
    • o Non Conference Outcome: $140,108
      o Conference Outcome:  $-139,662
      o GST Adjustment: $-27,479
      o Surplus/Deficit: $-27,033
